As Product Specialist - AI at Aerport, you work on the further development of our ERP platform, with AI as an important and growing part. You dive into how customers work, which processes matter and where the software can better fit their day-to-day reality. From that knowledge you translate customer questions into clear functional solutions for the product team.

AI is central to this role. Not because everything suddenly has to be "with AI", but because there are many opportunities to make processes smarter. Think of better support for users, finding information faster, smart checks, automating recurring tasks or new AI integrations within the existing platform. Before you can do something good with that, you mainly need to understand how the process works. That is the core of this role.

You work closely with developers, customers and internal stakeholders. You gather wishes, think along about solutions, set priorities and make sure ideas become concrete enough to build. Sometimes you work something out functionally, sometimes you test an idea with AI tools or a prototype, and sometimes you mainly sit down with customers or colleagues to sharpen what is really needed.

At Aerport we work in a flat organisation with short lines. Your input has a direct effect on software that customers use every day. So we are looking for someone who likes to think along, ask questions and understand processes before anything is built.
