Divide your inventory into inventory groups

In Aerport, it is possible to add inventory groups to your inventory lines. The advantage is that you can create the same product in multiple groups. This allows you to purchase inventory for a single product while letting it expand into endless different inventory groups. At the product level, you can see exactly which inventory remains for each group. This ensures clarity and saves time in inventory and product management.

Work with different inventory owners simultaneously

In Aerport, it is possible for multiple entities to use the same products and inventory simultaneously. Through the entity link, it is immediately clear which inventory is suitable for which entity. If it is unavailable, you automatically receive options to use inventory from other entities, provided this has been configured.

Mark inventory as deliverable

Aerport has the unique capability to distinguish between deliverable and non-deliverable inventory. This means that as a user, you can make a clear distinction between inventory that is already available for sale and inventory that will be available soon. This feature enables you to make perfect predictions regarding when you have sufficient stock and when additional stock is required. This is how Aerport ensures control.
