Hoogeveen Plants has been working with Aerport since 2022 and utilizes nearly all available modules in the suite.
One of the features in use at Hoogeveen Plants since the beginning is time tracking. Where registration previously took place via Excel, it is now fully automated within Aerport. Permanent employees can clock in and out at the relevant location. This information is recorded in Aerport, and at the end of each period, the balance is calculated within the system. With the press of a button, Aerport automatically calculates the employees' balances. Employees can then view this information online themselves, which significantly reduces the need for internal communication.
In 2025, they also implemented automatic authentication at the locations. This is primarily to ensure that the work of temporary staff can also be properly registered in Aerport. Temporary employment agencies can use an application to pre-register which temporary workers will be arriving, allowing these workers to clock in and out in the same way as permanent employees. This results in much less communication with the agencies and provides an automatic verification of the hours worked.
