De Jong Plant started using Aerport in January 2025. One of the key areas they wanted better control over was production. Previously, production planning was created and maintained in Excel. This required a lot of manual work and was not easily accessible or visible to everyone.

With the implementation of Aerport, they transitioned to Aerport’s production module. The module makes planning visible to everyone. By clearly separating planning, production and cultivation, the right information is available at the right time for the employees who need it. The cultivation module is now also in use and provides the insights needed to understand which inventory will be ready at what time. In addition, decisions about inventory can still be adjusted at any stage of cultivation. This gives us much greater flexibility and insight than before.
